Our task
Environmental protection in the rainforest
Our aim is to support the community in caring for the rainforest in order to preserve the diversity of flora and fauna. The protected area is to be expanded through the acquisition of 80 hectares of unspoilt land in the province of Pastaza Our aim is to protect this area from pollution caused by oil extraction and deforestation.
We support the Pindo Kawsay Yaku project, which is committed to protecting and cleaning the Pindo River in the municipality of Guayusa Runa and the neighbouring rivers in the region in order to prevent diseases caused by increasing water pollution.
Support in the education sector
Education is the key to a better future. We support the rural community by providing teaching materials, books and tools. These resources will encourage children and young people to continue their primary and secondary education. In the future, we dream of building schools so that the children can learn together with those from neighbouring communities. With your help, we will create better learning conditions to improve access to knowledge and increase the quality of life in the community in the long term.
Improving housing and living conditions
Our association is committed to the sustainable improvement of housing and living conditions in the community. We focus on practical measures to protect the environment, such as building environmentally friendly houses, promoting sustainable agriculture and supplying the community with renewable energy. Through these initiatives, we not only improve the daily lives of local people, but also actively contribute to the protection of their natural environment. Together, we are creating a better, greener future for all.
Research projects in the rainforest
We support research projects in the fields of medicine and biology that focus on the diversity of rainforest plants and their utilisation. The aim is to discover and utilise the medicinal potential and biological properties of typical rainforest plants. By promoting this research, we contribute to gaining new knowledge and at the same time ensure the protection and sustainable use of the rainforest.
In addition, we preserve ancient knowledge and traditional practices to ensure that this valuable heritage is not lost over time.
